Shipping & Handling Information

Shipping charges are determined by weight, distance and delivery time.

Shipping time is based on deliveries in the U.S. 48 states mainland, and based on business days (not including weekends or holidays).

We will ship UPS anywhere in the 48 contiquous states, U. S. Postal Service will be available for all foreign deliveries and those to Hawaii and Alaska. UPS picks up at our dock at 4:30pm Central Time, Monday through Friday, we will make every effort to ship the same day you call.

UPS Next Day Air - if the items you ordered are in-stock, you will receive your order the next business day, before 1 pm, your time.
UPS 2nd Day Air - if the items you ordered are in-stock the items you ordered are in-stock, you will receive your order within 2 business days, up to 6 pm, your time. Example: Order is placed Monday before 1pm CST and the items are in stock, you will receive the order on Wednesday. Order is placed Friday before 1pm CST and the items are in stock, you will receive the order on Tuesday
 

UPS 3-Day Select - if the items you ordered are in-stock, you will receive your order within 3 business days. Example: Order is placed Monday before 1pm CST and the item is in stock, you will receive the order on Thursday. Order is placed Friday before 1pm CST and the items are in stock, you will receive the order on Wednesday.
 

UPS Ground (Commercial) - ships to your commercial address. (Use if you want your order sent to where you work). if the items you ordered are in-stock, you will receive your order within 5 business days, up to 6 pm, your time. UPS Ground (Residential) - ships to your home. if the items you ordered are in-stock, you will receive your order with-in 5 business days, up to 6 pm, your time. Some large items can only be shipped via ground (truck); this may take longer and may have higher shipping charges.
 

Please also note that, due to size and weight constraints, some items may ship separately from the remainder of your order. You will not be charged more than the amount you have previously authorized at the time you placed your order.
 

VISIBLE DAMAGE:
IF YOU NOTICE DAMAGE AT TIME OF SHIPMENT, HAVE THE DRIVER FOR THE FREIGHT COMPANY NOTE THE NATURE AND EXTENT OF DAMAGES ON THE FREIGHT BILL. NOTIFY THE CARRIER'S OFFICE TO INSPECT THE MERCHANDISE. FILE CLAIM FOR DAMAGES AT ONCE. ON UPS SHIPMENTS NOTIFY OUR OFFICE PERSONNEL ABOUT THE DAMAGE AND WE WILL FILE THE CLAIM. IN FILING A CLAIM WITH THE CARRIER YOU MAY MAKE A CASH ADJUSTMENT FOR FULL VALUE, ARRANGE TO HAVE REPAIRS MADE, OR REPLACE THE MERCHANDISE.
 

CONCEALED DAMAGE:
IF DAMAGE IS NOTICED WHEN MERCHANDISE IS UNPACKED, NOTIFY CARRIER'S OFFICE IMMEDIATELY AND ASK TO HAVE IT INSPECTED. DO NOT DESTROY PACKING MATERIALS UNTIL SHIPMENT IS INSPECTED AND CLAIM SETTLED.
 

SHORTAGES:
ALL SHORTAGES MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN THREE DAYS. CHECK NUMBER OF CARTONS DELIVERED WITH THE QUANTITY SHOWN ON YOUR RECEIPT. IF QUANTITIES DO NOT TALLY, HAVE DRIVER NOTE SHORTAGE. ALL CLAIMS FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE SHOULD BE FILED IMMEDIATELY WITH THE CARRIER MAKING DELIVERY TO YOUR DOOR. THEN NOTIFY US.
